Tracey A. Wood – Wisconsin DUI Attorney
Attorney Tracey Wood finished her B. A. degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She earned her Juris Doctor. at the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison.
Tracey A. Wood is Attorney at Law of the Madison criminal defense firm the Van Wagner & Wood. She became the president of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL) and she is Wisconsin’s first ever attorney appointed to the board of regents for the National College for DUI Defense (as well as the first female lawyer to serve on that board).
Tracey Wood is regarded as an authority on drunk driving laws and defenses.
She is a member of the board of directors for WACDL, a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), and past president of the Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
