Todd F. LaNeve – West Virginia DUI Attorney
Todd F. La Neve is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics where he also earned a B.S. in Business Administration. After graduating college he then continue to study law at West Virginia University College of Law and finished in 1992.
Mr. La Neve opened his own Law Offices and began serving clients, handling cases of criminal matters. He lately focused his practice on the defense of individuals accused of driving under the influence as well as representing victims of accidents.
He enjoys membership in the American Association of DUI Trial Lawyers (AADTL), a private organization of DUI defense lawyers in which membership, by invitation only, is limited to two attorneys from each state and other professional associations which includes: National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDL) Harrison County, West Virginia, Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar Association and he is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts of West Virginia, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
