Harley O. Wagner – West Virginia DUI Attorney
Harley O. Wagner is a graduate of West Virginia University where he finished his Bachelor of Science degree in
Journalism with a minor in Business Studies. He finished at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law obtained his Doctorate of Juris Prudence.
He then passed the Pennsylvania State Bar and the West Virginia State Bar where he was licensed in both jurisdictions. He has experience handling cases of various felony and misdemeanor offenses, including capital offenses, in numerous counties throughout the state of West Virginia.
In addition to his credentials and knowledge he completed his annual Summer session for the National College for DUI Defense in Boston, Massachusetts, presented at Harvard Law School.He as well completed further DUI training in Dallas, Texas at the 12th annual Mastering Scientific Evidence in DWI/DUI cases, presented by the National College for DUI Defense and the Texas Criminal DefenseLawyers Association.
