Kenneth Fornabai – Washington DUI Attorney
Kenneth Fornabai is private practice since being admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1978. He limits his practice to defending persons accused of alcohol-related offenses. He served as for ten years as President of Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice. He is founding member of the National College for DUI Defense.
Kenneth is Certified by NHTSA in administration of field sobriety tests and received an AV-rating by the Martindale-Hubbell and named one of the Top 25 in Criminal Defense DUI/DWI on Washington Law & Politics’ 2009.
