Scott C. Nolan

Scott C. Nolan is a graduate of the State University of New York in 1989. He received Master’s Degree in National Security from Georgetown University in 1993 and earned law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1999.

Scot handles cases of clients with DUI in Virginia through jury acquittals, motions hearings, and by skillful negotiation with prosecutors. He has handled successful DUI cases involving automobile accidents, including clients with high breath and blood alcohol test results.

Scott is member of the National College for DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association.
