Mitchell M. Wells

Mitchell M. Wells is serving Virginia State Trooper for eight years before he became an attorneys. He earned Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Military Institute, his Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and Juris Doctor from William and Mary School of Law.

Mitchell was admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Virginia, particularly before the courts of U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia. His practice concentrates in the of areas of criminal law, DUI and traffic violations, and has defended hundreds of cases.
