Charles V. Hardenbergh
Charles Hardenbergh is a Distinguished Graduate of the Virginia Military Institute who holds a BA in Economics and Business. He graduated Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia Law School. He was admitted to Virginia bar where he is licensed to practice law. He earned as well an MS in Tax Accounting from the University of Virginia, and in 2007, he passed the CPA exam.
Charles has the following areas of practice: tax and criminal defense, tax planning, estate planning, veterans disability appeals, personal injury, and relief from con artists of every type. He handles cases as a federal prosecutor and criminal defense counsel, taught contracting, ethics, law of war, and criminal law at the Army Logistics Management College, and has extensive experience drafting wills and powers of attorney and establishing trusts.
