Carleton Penn III
Carleton Penn III is partner of the Hale Carlson Baumgartner, PLC and mainly practice the following: Business Law, Criminal Defense, Environmental Law, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, and Family Law.
Mr. Penn is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law and finished his Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and when he was admitted to practice in Virginia in 1982.
