Mindy H. McQueen – California DUI Attorney
Bar Admission Ventura DUI Lawyer, Mindy H. McQueen has been practicing criminal law for both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney over 20 years. She was admitted to practice law in California in 1998 and was licensed in Alaska since 1989. Her areas of practice were criminal law, specializing in Drunk Driving (DUI) defense and DMV issues.

Mindy is a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, the National College for DUI Defense, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Women Lawyers of Ventura County, California Public Defenders Association, Ventura County Criminal Defense Bar, and the California, Ventura County and Alaska Bar Associations. Mindy is the current president of Women Lawyers of Ventura County.
Education
Ms. McQueen graduated from the University of Washington and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1988 from the University of Denver College of Law.
