Barry T. Simons – California DUI Attorney
Mr. Simons is the current Dean and Founding member of the National College of DUI Defense. He has served as criminal defense lawyer in Orange County for 30 years. He shared his cases in his lecture at seminars all over the country including the intensive program by the National College for DUI Defense of scientific evidence, legal motions, DMV practice and procedure, and the interstate implications of DUI license suspensions.
Barry graduated his Bachelor of Science Government at American University in 1968. He got his J.D. New York Law School in 1971. He was admitted to practice law in the following court: State of California 1972, US Supreme Court 1978, all California Federal Courts, and at the National College of DUI Defense as presented at Harvard Law School in 1996 to 2007. His area of practice today is Defense of DUI Cases – DMV writs and appeal.
