Kenneth A. Nixon – Alabama DUI Attorney
Kenneth Nixon has been in practice of law since 1994. He regularly practices in all State Courts and in Federal Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Ken is a member and past President of the Criminal Justice Section of the Alabama State Bar Association and past President of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He was the Chairman of the Domestic Relations Committee of the Mobile Bar Association (2004-2005). He is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the National College of DUI Defense. Ken is a member of the Criminal Practice Committee of the Mobile Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Defenders Association for the Southern District of Alabama. He was elected by the members of the Mobile County Bar Association to serve on the Judicial Nomination Commission. Ken is a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the Mobile Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Additionally, Ken was appointed to serve as a Special District Judge by the Supreme Court of Alabama and served as the Presiding Municipal Judge for the City of Satsuma for over ten years.
