Gregory F. Yaghmai – Alabama DUI Attorney
Greg served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Jefferson County, Alabama District Attorney’s Office. He also had the benefit of being the first lawyer in Alabama to be certified by the Alabama State Troopers as a Traffic Homicide investigator obtained from a two-week seminar, which required him to live in a closed military base with forty other police officers.
Greg is licensed in all state and federal courts in Alabama. He graduated from Citadel his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and with honors. He then earned his law Degree from Cumberland School of Law. Greg has handled cases such as the following: criminal prosecution/defense and civil plaintiff/defense. He has an extensive experience in using visual presentations and media applications to present the case tojury.
Greg continued to work and expand his knowledge of plaintiff and criminal defense practices. He becomes partner of the firm Rutledge & Yaghmai that focuses on civil defense work, personal injury, business litigation and criminal defense cases.
